If the activation email is not received, please check the "Junk Mail" box of your email account. You are suggested to click “Not Junk”for our e-mails in order to avoid spam filters.

Q:The user name / email address or password is invalid, what can I do?

Points

Why are my point not shown in “My Account”?

A:1) For any purchase made in branches, the point earned in each booking could only be rewarded to one designated account assigned by purchaser. 
2) Points will be transferred to entitled points in 3 days after purchase.
3) Points will be transferred to redeemable points in one month after the departure date.

Q:Why is therepoint difference between the purchase amount and point gained? 
A:Points will not be gained for any amount paid by cash coupon or discount.
Q:How long are points valid for?
A:The points are valid for 1 year from the date of the points realized to be redeemable.

Q:If I want to update my personal information, how can I do?

Q:How can I know my membership tier? 
A:Please click here to login your account. The membership tier is shown beneath your name. Any changes regarding the membership tier will be noticed by e-mail.
