Membership Tier

There are three tiers – Blue, Silver and Gold in JETSO Plus. Upon joining the membership scheme, you will become a member of blue tier and enjoy a wide range of privileges. You can earn points whenever you make purchase in designated stores. As benefits vary according to the tier, a higher level of rewards will be entitled in a tier upgrade. Please view the below chart which indicates the requirements to renew or upgrade for each membership level.

Membership Upgrade
You will be entitled a membership upgrade to Silver-tier for accrual of 1,000 points or above within a year. Point accumulation of 2,000 or above will get an upgrade to Gold-tier membership. Multiple tier upgrade is allowed whenever members can accrue required points within the year.

Membership Validity Upon Tier Upgrade
Membership will last for 12 months* from the date of a tier upgrade.

*Membership will be downgrade immediately if any refund cases caused the membership points below the requirement points within 12 months.

Membership Downgrade
Members must continue to accumulate required points within a year in order to maintain membership tier. Multiple tier downgrade is applied.
